MY RECENTLY PROBLEM THAT ACTUALLY DISTRACT ME A LOT. AND MAKE ME THINKING, AM I DYSLEXIA? (apart the fact i often typo)

You have significant short-term memory problems
You often have trouble recalling things that once came to you easily. This could be due to common problems like hormonal fluctuations, stress, an inadequate diet, low blood sugar or not enough exercise. The problem could also be age-related. Memory retrieval slows down as you get older (this doesn't mean the memories are gone forever
-- you may just need to work harder to remember them). You should also contact your physician to rule out or treat other memory-robbing health conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, depression, chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia.
